Conferences & Meeting Spaces

CFB Esquimalt Naval and Military Museum serves as a central hub for our community. The museum provides a meeting space and place where people can connect.

The Delamere Room, the museum’s conference space in Building 37, Naden, is in regular use for meetings of Base groups and committees. It is also used by organizations like the the Victoria Esquimalt Military Re-enactors Association (VEMRA) and the coordinators of the annual candlelight tribute ceremony at God’s Acre cemetery.

To Book a Space

On request, and free of charge, the museum also guest hosts special monthly meetings for groups like the Naval Association of Canada (NAC), the Greater Victoria Military Museums network, and the VISIT Victoria organization.

This is an opportunity for groups, clubs and organizations to visit the museum, enjoy its exhibits and displays, and also conduct business. These meetings can be combined with a guided tour, depending on guide availability.
