We are privileged to house our museum on the traditional territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋín̓əŋ and Songhees Peoples. We recognize their enduring connection to the land and water since time immemorial.

Open 10:00am – 3:30pm, 7 days a week!

We are always closed on Statutory Holidays.

Office & Archives

Our Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. If you’re making a research requests or donation request, please make an appointment by phoning (250) 363-5655.

Your admission donations directly support our Museum as we continue to research, archive, update exhibits, and care for our growing collection. Thank you!

  Visitors are required to present government issues photo ID before entering the base.

  For the safety of our precious artefacts, only services animals are allowed in our museum. We appreciate your understanding.

The Esquimalt Naval & Military Museum is located at CFB Esquimalt. Google Maps will only direct you part of the way there. Once you have entered the Base at Woodway Rd off Admirals Rd, follow the painted blue lines to the museum.
